OPTION 1: Stay with yout Real Estate Bokerage and become a BDM for our Lender. This option does’t require you to do more than you already do for Buyers except document the process. As an example, your compensation would be $2,000 on a $400,000 loan file.
OPTION 2: Get your NMLS License by taking a 20 hour intense mortgage class and then passing the state & federal Mortgage Broker Test. This would give you the option of making more as a full Loan Officer but would require additional actions.
