OPTION 1: Stay with your Real Estate Bokerage and become a Business Development Manager (BDM)…This option does’t require any licensing and you do what you already do for Buyers and document the process. As a Dual Licensed Realtor / BDM you have access to offer Buyers a significant savings.

OPTION 2: Get your NMLS License by taking a 20 hour intense mortgage class and then passing the state & federal Mortgage Broker Test. This would give you the option of making more as a fully licensed Loan Officer but would require additional actions on your files.
